  • What do you want students to take away from your classes?

Future and current school leaders will gain the knowledge and skills to understand and utilize data to identify school improvement needs and make informed decisions in making change. Students will learn the nature of multiple data sources to identify patterns, trends and improvement needs, conduct descriptive analysis, monitor and correct progress and demonstrate success to stakeholders. I would also like them to begin to establish a network of colleagues to learn from as they begin their journey into school leadership.
