Career Highlights:

I've served in a variety of leadership positions—school principal, program coordinator at the college level, department chair and now Dean.

I've presented multiple times at the Philosophy of Education Society, the Association for Moral Education, the American Educational Research Association, the Society for the Philosophical Study of Education, and the American Philosophical Association.

My work deals with equity in school finance, homeschooling, moral education and the ethics of school discipline.

  Meeting multiple expectations of parents, the community, legislators, and school accountability

  A love of learning and the chance to make an impact on children's lives

  I've studied at 11 different colleges and universities and have been employed at six schools and eight universities. My work at YSU has been by far the most enjoyable!
